Because shipping furniture is complicated and costly, we cover a good chunk of the cost, to make it as simple and affordable as possible for you. And we use a bespoke furniture transport company who will work with you to deliver at a time that suits.

For sofa orders, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your postcode, as follows:

Shipping times
Allow us 1–2 days to pack your order. From there it’s 1–2 business days to Melbourne Metro, and 5–12 business days for regional Victoria and interstate. We’ll call or message you the day before to arrange a time.
Local collection or own transport
Pick-up is available in Melbourne, from our Braeside warehouse – orders will be ready to collect in 1–3 business days and pickup hours are between 9am and 4pm Monday through Friday. If you are interstate but wish to organise your own freight, that's possible too – choose the local pickup option at checkout and organise for your transport to collect your order on your behalf.
